c1790-1872
According to the 1871 census Elizabeth was born c1790, Trowbridge, Wiltshire. She was recorded as a widow, working as a Nurse, living in Raymond New Almshouses, Newbury, with Mabel Sims (81), the widow of a Pawn Broker.
Elizabeth died on the 29th September 1872, in the Newbury Workhouse. Age at death recorded as 86. She was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 2nd October.
