| Transciption: | THE LATE MRS. J. FLINT FUNERAL SERVICE AT ST. MARY'S CHURCH The death occurred at her residence in Donnington square on October 13th of Mrs. Grace Flint, widow of Mr. John Flint. J.P. coal rnerchant of Newbury. She had reached the great age of 92 years. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon The first part of the service being at St. Mary's Church. Speenhamland. The vicar. Rev. W. J. Hollowayofficiated. The family mourners were: Mr. Henry Flint son, Miss Isabel Flint and Mrs- W. G. McCall (daughters), Miss Godwin. Nurse (Mrs. Wakeley), Mary (Mrs. Evans). Others. present in church were Mr. George Wintle, Mr and Mrs. C Flint, Mr J H Moon (representing Newbury Choral Society) Mr Arthur Davis (Newbury Amateur Orchestral Union) Mr D Cameron (Newbury Amateur Operatic Society Mrs. F. W. Neate, Mr. Tom Webb, Miss Webb, Mrs. Angus Marshall. Mrs. Victor Corden. Miss Chisman. Alderman A. C. Elliot; Mr. F. S. Hickman. Mr and Mrs. N. Liddiard, Rev. John Wilding. Misses Hewett, Mrs. Longden. Mrs. Lipscomb, Miss Emily Hodgetts, Miss Wells, Miss G. Wells, Mrs. A. J. Giles and Mr. Walter Brooks; and at the graveside, Mrs. Baldwin, Mrs. Fisher, and Mr. W. Head. The interment was at the Old Cemetery, Newtown road. The-senders of wreaths and flowers were : Henry and Isabel; Elton.
