The Late Mr. John Dyer

 

-- The death took place on Monday of Mr. John Dyer, well known as a tradesman for many years in Northbrook Street and Cheap Street.  He was a prominent member of the Conservative Club, and had only just obtained a  situation as a traveller for a Bristol firm, when he fell a victim to a distressing complaint, which carried him off at the comparatively early age of 48, leaving a widow and 3 children

The funeral of the late Mr. John Dyer took place on Thursday at the Cemetery.

In addition to the widow and members of his family, there were present several personal friends and members of the Conservative Club by whom a wreath had been sent.  The Reverend R Dunn officiated, and the arrangements were carried out by Mr L Cleeves
