  West kerbstone, slope: "Thy will be done." Buried kerbstones: In Loving Memory of Thomas Edmonds died Dec. 8th. 1899 aged 40 years. // Also of Gordon Henry, eldest son of Thomas & Annie Edmonds, died Dec. 28th. 1903 aged 12 years. //
   
  All but West kerbstone buried. It was fully exposed when Mrs P recorded the Mis in 1980 but she recorded the date of death for Gordon as 1908 instead of 1903.

    Thomas,the son of an upholsterer in Newbury, married Annie Goodwin of Rye, Sussex in Great Dunmow, Essex where they had their family. He was a Draper's Asst. who died in Essex a few months before his last child was born. The family moved back to Newbury, 42 London Rd, where Annie worked as an Upholstress & where Gordon died. Source of MI: Mrs P's record but date of death corrected from 1908 to 1903 from Death record on ancestry.co.uk.(Gordon not listed in Burial Reg.)
