Also of his dearly loved daughter Blanche Ethel SMITH died April 18th 1911 age 28 years./” At rest.” Kerbstone lower South side: Mabel Isabella Woodward died Sept 1st 1954 aged 74 / Lower North side: Also of Blanche his dearest loved wife died Feb 6th 1940 aged 81 years.
     
Condition of memorial:
   Poor- lead lettering lifting and missing. On the lower edge of the kerbstones Mabel and Blanche have been added
