   South facing Kerbstone: In Loving Memory Of Mary Ann wife of Ebenezer Terry who fell asleep May 19th. 1918 aged 65. North facing Kerbstone: Also of our dear father Ebenezer Terry who fell asleep Dec. 13th. 1921 aged 67.
     
Condition of memorial:
   Good condition. Heavy vegetation. Inlaid text. On top of grave there are 3 further kerbstones (no inscription) plus broken pieces and a marker stone 1079
