Harry Victor Brindley who was the son of Daniel and Marianne Brindley.

He was the eighth child of 18 of which some were stillborn. He died age two years and 10 months in a fire at his house. His clothes caught fire from the hearth.

When Harry victor died Daniel and Marianne had already lost four other young children James 1890 - 1892; William 1884 - 1885; Frederick Stanley 1893 - 1894; and Frederick 1897 - 1898.

In July 1900 Marianne was charged with child neglect and given six weeks imprisonment with hard labour. In February 1901, after her release she continued neglect the children and was sentenced to two months imprisonment.
