Charles Augustus stillman was born circa January 1859 in Newbury. His parents were George Edward and Rosa Sophia Stillman, nee Edwell, who were married 27 June 1848 at Saint Nicholas in Newbury. He died aged 1 month, His sister Rosa Henrietta stillman is buried at NRC 1st of February 1851 aged 5 months three weeks .
